She details the concentrated investments and detailing their football journey starting in the youth football leagues in Pittsburgh PA. With the help of some local coaches, she received guidance to start specialized speed and agility training with legendary trainer in Pittsburgh, DeWayne Brown of 2/10ths.
Miles then got thrusted into a starting roll as a 9th Grader at Woodland Hills High School, a prominent football program in the Pittsburgh area. After becoming the #1 RB prospect his Sr year he, attended PSU.
She also details the pre-draft & agency selection process and how the recruiting process and elite sports accelerates the maturation process.
